First Stop LUMBERJACK country!!

This morning as I was checking my email I received an email from the Raguet Principal Mrs. Shofner. I was so excited to see that the Raguet Elementary office and administrative staff is sending me to visit  Stephen F. Austin State University www.sfasu.edu so that I can learn about College. I can hardly wait to visit this beautiful campus that is in my own backyard, well not literally my back yard is not THAT big!
I have heard so many great things about this University and the beauty of the campus and its facilities.
I think I will make my first stop the Baker Patillo Student Center. I bet I can get some good information about the school there, and some Chick-Fil-A if I am hungry ( This Dragon is always hungry!!).
The best part of this trip is, I will get to share what I have learned with my friends at Raguet Elementary, I cannot wait!
Don't forget what Duke likes to say "After High School Comes College!"

Headed on the road!!

  3. Mrs.Hays I would love to hear from your 5th graders. I am on the road so I cannot come in person, but I would LOVE to answer questions about SFA or any college. Please have them post question on my Blog.
Hey can they think of anywhere they want me to go visit? There are SO MANY colleges I don't know where to go next! In fact the first buddy of mine to send in a question or college suggestion will get a treat!
Can't wait to hear from y'all!!!

  4. My class has expressed interest in the University of Houston because they currently have siblings that attend that university. Maybe you can give us info about their mascot or interesting facts!
